Chef Andrea presents a daily changing menu inspired by the season and ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Marco tends our gardens with love bringing in daily baskets of aromatic herbs, sweet fruit and ripe vegetables.
Chef Andrea and Sous Chef Luca, assisted by the charming Angela and Valentina, conduct dinner from their vibrant open kitchen. Our dining room is an extension of this typically Tuscan ‘hearth’, with tables on our floral terrace for the warmer months.
Pause for a spontaneous spritz, one of Silvio’s speciality Negronis, or a glass of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Across the courtyard is our cellar, an intriguing showcase of wines from this prestigious region.
In the morning tempting aromas of fresh baked bread fill the dining room. Light lunches and homemade gelato are served whenever you fancy. Every afternoon from 3 to 4pm there’s complimentary tea and coffee in the restaurant and something sweet by Chef Luca.
